Cheryl Lynn B. is a strategist, coach, and collaborator who believes deeply in the power of
clarity especially in moments of change. With a background in legal, risk and analytical spaces, spaces she has spent the last 25 years guiding large organizations as they navigate risk, realignment, and growth, leading consequential functions.
She founded Lynn B Advisory Group with a simple goal: to be a steady, strategic partner for
visionaries, changemakers, and everyday leaders who are carrying big responsibilities and
asking big questions. Her work is rooted in the belief that support doesn’t have to be loud to be
